Spray Foam Insulation Kit - System I

Before using the System I foam kit, read warnings and other information printed on the side panels of the spray foam carton. Use in an area with adequate ventilation, and always wear the proper safety and protective equipment (goggles, gloves and respirator).

1. Shake carton vigorously for 30 seconds.
2. Insert finger into the hole in the front panel of the carton and pull away perforated flap.
3. CAREFULLY remove tubing and dispensing device, taking care not to create any crimps in the tubing.
4. Attach a nozzle to the dispensing device by pressing in and twisting to lock in place.
5. Roll the control wheel forward to pinch the lines, preventing chemical from reaching the nozzle.
6. Remove the safety from each stem valve.
7. Activate the system by moving the "On/Off" lever to the "On" position.
8. To dispense, hold the carton in the upright position (valves pointed down). Always take one test shot into a waste container or bag to insure proper chemical flow and mix.
9. Start dispensing by slowly rolling the control wheel back with your thumb until you obtain the flow you desire.
10. To stop dispensing, roll the control wheel forward until the chemical flow ceases. IMPORTANT: If you stop dispensing for 30 seconds or more, you must change the nozzle. Remove the old nozzle by pressing in and twisting. Replace with a new nozzle. There are two nozzles included in every System I kit.
11. To turn off the system, move the "On/Off" lever to the "off" position.

The VERSI-FOAM System I is designed to be used the same day in which it was opened.
