Versi-Foam® is available in a higher density system, with a free rise density of 2.8 pounds per cubic foot, 3 pounds per cubic foot in place. It is 98% closed cell resulting in an R-factor of 7.7, a low moisture absorption rate and excellent compressive strength. This spray foam formula is suitable for applications where a stronger, harder material is required, including cryogenics and polyurethane foam roofing repair. This formulation has an expansion rate six times its original liquid volume and is tack free in approximately 30 to 45 seconds and is available in the Versi-Foam® Systems 10 and 33.
System 10
The Versi-Foam® System 10 is the medium size foam kit in the Versi-Foam® product line. The Versi-Foam® System 10 is packaged in one carton weighing 39 pounds and includes the two chemical components, our patented U-Control dispensing gun attached to two 10 foot hoses, ten mixing nozzles, three fan tips, and nitrile gloves. The Versi-Foam® System 10 will produce 120 square feet of cured foam at a 1" thickness, or 10 cubic feet.
System 33
The Versi-Foam® System 33 s the largest size foam kit in the Versi-Foam® product line. The Versi-Foam® System 33 is packaged in two cartons, each weighing approximately 60 pounds. It includes the two chemical components, our patented U-Control dispensing gun attached to two 15 foot hoses, ten mixing nozzles, three fan tips, and nitrile gloves. The Versi-Foam® System 33 will produce 396 square feet of cured foam at a 1" thickness, or 33 cubic feet.
The medium and large size systems can be shut down and used on another day. However, it is very strongly recommend that the systems are used at least once every seven days.
The published yield for the Versi-Foam® High Density Systems are theoretical and vary based on several factors, including ambient conditions and specific application.
